Senior RFP Analyst

Marqeta is looking for a Senior Analyst, RFP Operations to support and scale our RFP, RFI, and DDQ response process.

In this role, you will act as the day-to-day coordinator for live RFPs, partnering with Sales, Solutions, Product, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to keep projects moving and ensure responses are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

You will also help maintain Loopio, Marqeta’s RFP response platform, by supporting library upkeep, review cycles, content updates, and process improvements.

This role is a good fit for someone who is highly organized, comfortable managing deadlines, strong with cross-functional coordination, and able to bring structure to a fast-moving process.

The Impact You'll Have

• Manage live RFP, RFI, and DDQ projects from intake through submission
• Coordinate with AEs, Solutions, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and keep work on track
• Set up and maintain Loopio projects, including question assignment, status tracking, and deadline management
• Follow up with SMEs and escalate blockers when needed
• Support Loopio library hygiene, review cycles, and post-RFP content updates
• Help produce recurring updates on RFP status, risks, and library health
• Support process improvements across the RFP workflow, including automation and AI-assisted opportunities where relevant

Who You Are

• You have experience in proposal operations, RFP management, project management, GTM operations, or a similar cross-functional role
• You are extremely organized and can manage multiple deadlines, owners, and workstreams at once
• You communicate clearly and can keep stakeholders aligned without overcomplicating the process
• You are comfortable following up with senior stakeholders and influencing without direct authority
• You have strong writing instincts and can improve clarity, tone, and completeness in written responses
• You are comfortable learning systems and working across tools like Loopio, Salesforce, Slack, or similar platforms
• You are curious about AI and interested in using it to improve workflow efficiency

Nice-To-Haves

• Experience managing RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, or proposal response workflows
• Experience with Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or similar proposal tools
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, financial services, or another regulated environment
• Technical writing, proposal writing, or business writing experience
• Experience coordinating with Sales, Solutions, Product, Legal, Compliance, or Security teams

Compensation and Benefits

Marqeta is a Flex First company which allows you to choose your best working environment, whether that be from home or at a company office. To support Flex First, we calibrate pay to a competitive value according to working location.

When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base range for this position, reflected in CAD, is: $88,300 - $110,400
