Project Manager Business Analysis/Project Management

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of small to medium-sized technology projects. This role involves managing custom software development, implementing out-of-the-box solutions, and enhancing existing software systems within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive all project activities through the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), applying appropriate methodologies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and secure necessary resources.
• Communicate the business case to stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and prioritization.
• Serve as the liaison between technology and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and risks.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, including financial forecasting and tracking.
• Collaborate with other organizational units to define scope, obtain resources, and ensure project readiness.
• Review project work to ensure quality, adherence to policies, and timely completion.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple projects across various SDLC stages.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK Guide (Waterfall methodologies).
• Experience with Agile project management practices.
• Demonstrated success leading infrastructure projects such as network upgrades, hardware procurement, and core application deployments.
• Ability to develop system requirements, design prototypes, conduct testing, and support implementation under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical teams and senior leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification and/or Agile certification.
