Position Summary:
We're looking for someone to help with shipping and packing.
Responsibilities:
- Carefully package high-end products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Use specialized packaging materials to protect fragile items.
- Verify and inspect products for quality control before packing.
- Create and print shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Assist with inventory control and stock management as needed.
- Communicate with couriers and carriers to schedule pickups and resolve shipping issues.
- Follow all safety protocols to minimize damage during handling and shipping.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, packing, or a similar role, preferably handling high-end or fragile items.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with care and precision.
- Familiarity with shipping software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and handle packages of varying weights safely.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
