Provide technical support to customers using our gesture recognition technology. We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help our customers succeed with our gesture recognition products. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance on product implementation, and ensure our customers have the best possible experience with our technology. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and FAQs Collaborate with engineering teams to report bugs and track fixes Provide onboarding and training to new customers Identify common issues and suggest product improvements Requirements 1+ years of technical support experience Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with ticket management systems and support workflows Background in computer science or related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Perdurable AI
