EYERIDE is looking for someone who loves computers, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to communicate with customers.
You do not need years of IT experience. We’re looking for the right person with the right mindset. We can teach the technology.
What we’re looking for:
• Comfortable with computers and technology
• Good communication skills and comfortable talking with customers
• Curious and able to think beyond the obvious when troubleshooting
• Responsible and takes ownership of problems until they are solved
• Honest, smart, dependable, and serious about their work
• Wants to learn and grow instead of just looking for another job
What you’ll do:
• Provide Tier 1 technical support to EYERIDE customers
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, cameras, and related issues
• Work with customers to understand and diagnose problems
• Document issues and solutions
• Escalate more complex problems to Tier 2 and engineering
• Learn our technology and become better every day
Growth:
This is a starting position, not necessarily an ending position. Someone who performs well can grow into Tier 2 Support and potentially other technical or operational roles within EYERIDE.
