Physical Therapist – Part‑Time (32 hrs/week), Day Shift Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities. The role includes patient evaluation, individualized treatment, and professional consultations to maximize patient independence. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, and professional consultations to achieve maximum independence in accordance with the individual’s functional level and potential. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Master’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Optional: specialized physical therapy training or experience depending on department needs Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire License in states wherever care is delivered National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire Legal Statement Applicants in the Unincorporated County of Los Angeles: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Unincorporated Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. Pay Range $49.65 – $77.08 per hour.
