About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve how we attract and hire exceptional talent globally. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can connect hiring strategy to the needs of the business, build trusted partnerships with leaders, and create the structure and operational rigor needed to deliver consistently. You’ll lead and develop our Talent Acquisition team while staying close to critical searches and the day-to-day realities of hiring. As our workforce and the nature of work continue to evolve, you’ll also help us rethink what great talent looks like in the AI era. That means hiring for skills like adaptability, curiosity, judgment, and impact, while finding thoughtful ways to use AI to make recruiting faster, smarter, and more human.
