The CRM Operations & Loyalty Intern will support the Loyalty & CRM Manager in executing and optimizing customer engagement campaigns across e‑mail and loyalty channels. The intern will improve reporting visibility, streamline campaign operations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to learn lifecycle marketing strategy, campaign execution, and data‑driven insights within a national restaurant brand. Internship Learning Objectives CRM and loyalty platform operations (campaign setup, QA, deployment) Analyze marketing performance across email and loyalty channels Work with marketing operations workflows and cross‑functional coordination Manage large‑scale promotional calendars, including monthly calendar planning and integrated tent‑pole events Work Overview CRM & Loyalty Reporting Support – compile and analyze daily loyalty performance metrics and campaign‑level CRM metrics (email/SMS); identify trends and summarize weekly insights Campaign Execution & QA Support – brief and set up loyalty offers in Punchh, QA and test campaigns, lead cross‑functional initiatives including QA, communications, and business optimization Manage campaign timelines to ensure on‑time deployment Promotional & eGift Card Planning Support – design annual eGift promotional calendar, coordinate creative briefs for holidays (Halloween, Christmas, etc.), track timelines, asset delivery, and reporting requests Qualifications Undergraduate student, college senior, or recent graduate (within 12 months) Actively enrolled or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Business, or related field Strong analytical and communication skills Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Benefits Strong office culture recognized as a Great Place to Work and driven by core values: Simple, Together, Relentless, Ownership, Nimble, Growth Career growth opportunities Competitive pay Employee Assistance Program Free El Pollo Loco food and restaurant discounts PerkSpot discount program #J-18808-Ljbffr
