Leader, Procurement And Purchasing

Summary The Leader, Procurement and Purchasing will own end-to-end procurement for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) across Gallery developments, managing projects from design handoff through installation and turnover. This role partners with cross-functional teams to define specifications, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost objectives. The position requires strong project management, vendor management, and process improvement skills to optimize procurement workflows. Responsibilities Lead sourcing and procurement of FF&E for new construction and remodel projects. Partner with Visual Creative and Architecture teams to define needs, budgets, specifications, and timelines. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and purchase order agreements with vendors. Manage vendor relationships across product development, quality control, production, logistics, and installation. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, tracking shop drawings, samples, submittals, and lead times. Oversee on-order pipelines and ensure alignment with project milestones; maintain status boards on Monday.com. Develop responsibility matrices and drive accountability across project lifecycles. Requirements 5+ years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience; retail and hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional partnerships and manage vendor performance. Experience implementing procurement technologies and streamlining processes. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours; ability to move and lift items up to 50 lbs as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
