Overview

Drive creative excellence as an Art Supervisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative art direction for assigned clients. Through partnering with copy counterparts, you will develop unique concepts, designs and layouts, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and objectives. In addition, you will lead junior art team members to foster talent growth, and present creative work to internal teams and clients. With expertise in art direction, strategic thinking and creative execution, you will elevate our agency's design standards, maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction and creative execution, developing innovative designs aligned with brand strategy, audience needs and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with agency departments, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Drive strategic thinking, contributing innovative ideas aligned with client marketing strategies and audience needs.
• Manage client relationships, presenting creative work and fostering trust through expertise and clear communication.
• Supervise and mentor junior art team members, delegating tasks and contributing to talent management.
• Maintain administrative precision, ensure accurate reporting and participate in resourcing conversations.

Qualifications And Experience

5+ years of agency experience (history in healthcare is a big plus)

Presents a strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of projects, including multi-channel integrated campaign solutions but not limited to print, collateral, direct mail, websites, mobile and tablet design experiences etc. (Roles and responsibilities on each project are clearly stated in the portfolio.)

Passionate about design, is self-motivated, and is quick to meet challenges with strategic thought

Experience with strategic brainstorming and campaign development

Regarded as the creative thought leader when participating in internal and external meetings and reviews. When meeting with or presenting to clients s/he communicates intelligently and diplomatically

At all times our Art Supervisor need to be unflappable, open-minded and confident $95,000-130,000

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
