Location: Remote — US or Canada ( targeting EST/CST time zones) Hours: 15 hours/week Type: Contractor Pay: $35 - $41/hour This is a part-time contractor position and is not eligible for employee benefits. About the Role We're looking for a detail oriented and process driven contractor to support our Panel Operations team by executing participant recruitment orders. This is an operational execution role: you'll be responsible for placing and managing recruitment orders across our panel vendor network, ensuring studies are set up accurately, launched on time, and filled to target. This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment operations, data entry, who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Having some research expertise is a big plus. What You'll Do - Place and manage orders across panel vendors - Review and interpret customer requirements - Monitor order progress and fulfillment, flagging issues or delays proactively - Troubleshoot common fulfillment issues (e. g. , low incidence, screener drop-off) and escalate when needed - Maintain accurate order records and documentation - Support quality checks on responses submitted by participants Who You Are: - Coordination experience: you've managed multiple moving pieces, tasks, or workflows simultaneously and kept things on track - Strong attention to detail: you catch the small things before they become big problems - Process driven executor: you follow established processes carefully, ask clarifying questions when needed, and deliver consistently - Fluent in English: strong written communication is essential Bonus: - Background in research, or research operations - Experience writing or reviewing screener questions - Familiarity with B2B audience targeting and quota-based study setups - Experience working in a fast pace environment This is a part-time contractor position and is not eligible for employee benefits.
