Vice President of Finance About the Company Fast-growing multi-property hospitality group Industry Hospitality Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to lead its financial operations with a strategic and high-level approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and compliance. This role involves partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term financial strategies, directing budgeting and forecasting processes, and overseeing construction accounting and capital project management. The Vice President of Finance will also be the primary liaison with lenders, manage external relations with auditors and government agencies, and ensure a robust internal control environment. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in the hospitality, real estate, or related sectors is required, with a focus on multi-entity and multi-property financial structures. The role demands extensive experience in construction accounting, managing the financial aspects of large-scale capital projects, and a strong background in managing lender relationships, particularly with CMBS financing. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional capable of driving high-level strategy and operational excellence, and must be currently local to the Orlando area and able to work onsite full-time.
