This role is solely responsible for the timely and high‑quality completion of assigned projects, ensuring that all phases— from permitting to final walkthrough— are executed to the highest standards. As Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and safety measures while ensuring that specifications, schedules, and budgets are strictly adhered to. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the construction of custom homes or luxury apartments from start to finish. Arrange and set up construction and sales office trailers when needed. Schedule trade partners and manage tasks typically performed by Superintendents. Apply for building permits and obtain Certificates of Occupancy. Request and track purchase orders and work orders through the corporate office — no verbal orders permitted. Approve bills, verifying all quantities and measurements. Notify the corporate and sales offices when stage payments are due. Maintain and update project schedules at both corporate and construction offices. Conduct weekly meetings with sales staff and company owners. Perform homeowner walkthroughs and manage punch list completion. Oversee warranty and service work, ensuring written approval before commencement. Enforce strict jobsite safety, cleanliness, and quality control standards. Qualifications Required: 10–15 years of experience managing custom home and/or luxury apartment construction. Thorough knowledge of trades and construction best practices. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and builder software programs. Ability to work Monday–Saturday. Exceptional professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. Must be willing to submit to a background check. Must have reliable transportation / work truck . Preferred: Michigan Builder’s License. Benefits Medical Insurance. Vision Insurance.
