About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and medical conditions

• Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care, adhering to Willbrook Hospice's standards of care and policies

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
