Chick-fil-A Team Member Opportunity
We are needing workers who are able to work until close. Monday - Thursday closers are scheduled until 11:45pm & Friday- Saturday closers are scheduled until 12:45am. At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Hours of operation:
- Monday - Thursday = 5:30am - 11pm (openers scheduled at 5am, closers scheduled til 11:45pm)
- Friday - Saturday = 5:30am - Midnight (openers scheduled at 5am, closers scheduled til 12:45am)
Position Type:
- Full-time and Part-time

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Cleaning & stocking work area
- Dining Room Host
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistency and reliability
- Friday & Saturday availability is required
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-20 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
*Team members are eligible to get no cost higher education (associate, bachelor's, or master's degree) thru Point University only
