Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $22/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 1st Shift (Monday – Friday) Located in Ruther Glen, Virginia Duties and Responsibilities Collect, verify, and input timesheet data and hourly tracking for weekly payroll cycles. Update and maintain payroll records by entering changes and job title/department transfers. Ensure compliance with federal, state (Virginia), and local tax regulations and labor laws. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries regarding paychecks, balances, and deductions. Prepare and submit payroll reports for management and accounting departments as required. Requirements and Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing, accounting, or administrative support with heavy emphasis on data entry. High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is a plus. Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Kronos) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Exceptional data entry accuracy and organizational skills to handle high-volume numbers without error. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive employee inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
