Sales Assistant

Providing administrative and clerical support to a sales team, the full-time Temporary Sales Assistant will work remotely for up to 6 months, focusing on spreadsheet management, proposal creation, and customer information entry during the busy season. Key responsibilities Managing spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel Supporting the quoting team with proposal creation and customer inquiries Scheduling appointments and directing calls as needed Required qualifications 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment Group health insurance experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word High School Diploma or GED equivalent Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
