Your Role: As Compliance Counsel for Rare Tumors and Operations, you will combine strategic compliance counseling with hands-on support for critical compliance program activities. In addition to advising business partners on healthcare compliance requirements, you will play a key role in supporting transparency reporting, investigations, training, and monitoring programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence business decisions, strengthen compliance processes, and help foster a culture of integrity across the organization.Who You Are Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS degreeMinimum of 7 years of work experience in a Legal or Compliance function with a multi-national organization with specialization in pharmaceutical compliance, law and regulations.Senior level collaborator with ability to influence and gain buy in at the leadership levelEstablished reputation for excellence in traits such as credibility, integrity, confidentiality, and trustCollaboratively work across departments and geographies and encourage teamwork that respects backgrounds and culture diversityInnovative approach, creative thinkerParticipate in feedback culture and take responsibilityEmbracing new opportunities that will shape the futurePreferred Qualifications:J.D. degree or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school, admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdictionUS & Global experience strongly preferredLocation: Boston, MA, USA; Onsite (Hybrid)Travel: <15%; International and DomesticPay range for this position: $134,700.00 - $202,000.00The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
