Billing Clerk

Now Hiring For An Indianapolis Billing Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Process basic billing for warehouse and tank wash services
• Maintain customer and shipping location information
• Prepare daily billing reports and invoices
• Support invoice printing, posting, and mailing
• Provide backup support for imaging and reception
• Handle incoming packages and billing mail
• Prepare weekly commission reports
• Assist with phones and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong data entry and general office skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable working with reports and basic calculations
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Prior billing, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
• Transportation or logistics experience is a plus

This position is in-office, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
