What you'll do:

• Handle AIA billing, including applications for payment and progress invoicing
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices based on contract terms
• Track project budgets, costs, and change orders
• Coordinate with project managers to gather billing details and resolve issues
• Maintain organized documentation for billing, compliance, and audits
