Overview Project Manager LOCATION: Camp Lejeune, NC; Camp Pendleton, CA; 29 Palms, CA; Marine Corps Base K-Bay; HI JOB STATUS: Full-time CLEARANCE: CERTIFICATION: TRAVEL: As Needed SALARY RANGE: $101k - $195k (based on geographic location, experience, and other factors) Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager located in/near one of the above locations. The Project Manager II will oversee UAS operations on-site (CONUS or OCONUS), ensuring mission readiness and compliance with PMA-263 requirements. This position involves direct supervision of UAS operations, coordination with stakeholders, and maintaining qualifications and certifications. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Minimum five (5) years as a UAS operator Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or an additional six (6) years of job-related experience in lieu of a degree) Current FAA Flight Physical (Class II) BUQ-1 and BUQ-2 qualified Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a TALSA supervisor Prior leadership experience in a UAS operations environment Knowledge of UAS safety and training standards Responsibilities Manage day-to-day UAS operations and mission planning Supervise UAS operator teams and ensure qualification compliance Maintain operational readiness and adherence to safety standards Coordinate with Government and OEM representatives on operational requirements Provide reporting and feedback to program leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
