Job Description Assistant Project Manager Gardena, CA90248 POSITION SUMMARY Assist Project Managers with the administration and coordination of commercial construction projects from contract award through closeout Prepare, track, and process change orders, including pricing, documentation, customer correspondence, and status reporting Prepare and monitor California Preliminary Notices (20-Day Notices), lien waivers, mechanic's lien documentation, and other project compliance requirements to preserve G&C's payment rights Coordinate submittals, RFIs, material requisitions, purchase orders, vendor quotations, and project correspondence to ensure timely procurement and project execution Maintain project documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, insurance certificates, certified payroll records, permits, and project files in accordance with company procedures Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to monitor material deliveries, and resolve procurement issues Assist with project closeout activities, including final lien releases, warranty documentation, as-built documents, O&M manuals, and final invoicing Prepare and maintain action item logs and provide administrative support to Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle BENEFITS Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, Profit Sharing Plan We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
