Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and interventions, regularly revisiting these plans for updates based on client feedback.

• Actively engage in collaborative team meetings, contributing insights from your sessions to enhance the overall treatment strategies employed for clients.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document client information and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals and families dealing with complex issues such as substance abuse, mental health disorders, trauma-related concerns, and family dynamics. You will work closely with high-risk children dealing with challenges in parenting, abuse, and neglect, providing them with supportive interventions that foster resilience and healthy emotional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• A valid and active California License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is mandatory to practice.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to think critically in high-pressure situations involving multiple variables.

• Proficiency in parent-child interventions and deep knowledge in child development, parenting, and addressing abuse and neglect issues.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 3 years of clinical experience providing therapy, particularly in addressing addiction, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics.

• Experience in working with diverse populations and communities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
