Implementation Manager

As the business continues to expand across North America, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering complex enterprise implementations, shaping the customer experience and building the delivery function for the next phase of growth. You'll be the face of the business making sure that customers can really get the maximum return from the product. The Role Lead end-to-end implementation programmes, coordinating complex hardware and software deployments across multiple enterprise client sites. Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, acting as the strategic lead throughout implementation and beyond. Develop structured implementation plans, manage project milestones and ensure customers realise measurable value from their investment. Work closely with engineering, software and field operations teams to coordinate successful deployments and overcome delivery challenges. Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement and support long-term account growth through a consultative approach. Mentor and develop junior team members while helping establish scalable implementation processes and best practice. The Person Significant experience leading enterprise implementations involving both hardware and software solutions, ideally within IoT, SaaS, computer vision, automation or similar technologies. Experience within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or other operational technology environments A commercially minded implementation professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships rather than simply delivering projects. Proven experience managing complex, multi-site deployments involving multiple technical and business stakeholders - you're the kind of person who can quickly understand a business and how they operate so you can tailor the process to make it work smoothly / quickly Previous people management experience with a passion for coaching and developing others. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll be expected to take ownership, solve problems and influence outcomes. Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead challenging customer conversations and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or other operational technology environments would be highly advantageous. Willingness to travel to customer sites across the US as required. What's on Offer Competitive salary of $145,000-$165,000 plus performance-related bonus. Meaningful equity with genuine long-term growth potential.
