The Residential Service Plumber will lead a small team within a plumbing team, servicing a mix of residential and commercial properties. This role balances routine maintenance with emergency repair work, utilizing company vehicles, personal tools, and advanced plumbing technology to deliver high-quality service. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, compliance knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and manage plumbing systems effectively.
Responsibilities
- Install pipes and plumbing fixtures accurately
- Perform leak repairs and water heater servicing
- Clean drains and conduct emergency repairs promptly
- Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
- Repiping and re-pipe existing systems as needed
- Lead a small plumbing team on-site
- Operate company vehicles and utilize advanced plumbing tools
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pipefitting, water supply, and drainage systems
- Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Effective time management and team leadership
