Residential Service Plumber

Job Description

The Residential Service Plumber will lead a small team within a plumbing team, servicing a mix of residential and commercial properties. This role balances routine maintenance with emergency repair work, utilizing company vehicles, personal tools, and advanced plumbing technology to deliver high-quality service. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, compliance knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and manage plumbing systems effectively.

Responsibilities

Install pipes and plumbing fixtures accurately
Perform leak repairs and water heater servicing
Clean drains and conduct emergency repairs promptly
Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes
Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
Repiping and re-pipe existing systems as needed
Lead a small plumbing team on-site
Operate company vehicles and utilize advanced plumbing tools

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with pipefitting, water supply, and drainage systems
Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Effective time management and team leadership
