Contracts Administrator

Overview Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support contract lifecycle activities for aerospace and defense products. The position reports to the Contracts Manager and is based onsite in Chatsworth, CA. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the contract process, including quoting, order entry, contract review, order management, account reconciliation, and delivery of products and/or services. Review and validate purchase order requirements, terms and conditions, and contract flow‑downs. Interpret and communicate contractual language and requirements. Prepare and manage quotes and proposals. Maintain customer portals and scorecards. Facilitate customer requests and meetings, ensuring high response rates with exceptional quality. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. 3‑5 years of relevant experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment. Aerospace industry experience and knowledge of FAR/DFAR are preferred. NCMA certification preferred. Strong analysis and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
