IT Operations Coordinator

Salary: $55,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, technical support, or a related field.
• Experience supporting RingCentral, Meraki, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, endpoint management, or comparable business technology platforms.
• Experience managing hardware and software inventories, user onboarding and offboarding workflows, and process improvements.
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Associate or bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Cisco CMSS/CCST/CCNA, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals/Endpoint Administrator, CSAM/CAMP, or similar credentials are advantageous.
• Customer-service mindset, attention to detail, and clear communication with technical and non-technical users.
• Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and independent follow-through abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments, branches, vendors, and service providers, while handling sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes, and to identify and share AI-enabled productivity improvements.

• Maintain and support network equipment and user devices using remote management tools.
• Administer the VoIP phone system to support a positive customer experience.
• Help administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and other SaaS applications.
• Keep company IT asset inventories and lifecycle records accurate.
• Coordinate procurement, deployment, and repair of IT assets.
• Track software and internet service providers, subscriptions, and licenses.
• Manage software change requests, renewals, and account consolidations.
• Coordinate daily IT operations among offices, users, vendors, service providers, and the Director of IT.
• Create and monitor managed service provider tickets, follow up on completion, and escalate concerns, risks, or recurring incidents to the Director of IT.
• Coordinate hands-on work with Branch IT Liaisons and travel onsite when required.
• Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding with Human Resources to ensure processes are complete and aligned.
• Document and improve repeatable processes, and help develop standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, system diagrams, and checklists.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Director of IT.

The IT Systems Coordinator is an internal resource who works with our Director of IT, managed service provider, branch teams, and vendors in a fast-growing, multi-location environment. The role offers an expected annual salary of $55,000–$65,000, with final compensation based on experience, technical capabilities, certifications, and demonstrated effectiveness. The position may grow into an IT Operations Manager or IT Systems Administrator path as our organization and internal IT team expand. It involves routine use of office and technology equipment and occasional lifting or moving of equipment weighing up to 50 pounds; reasonable accommodations may be provided.
