They are looking for a Chemical Engineer who enjoys taking formulations from development into full-scale production while improving processes, reducing variation, and making manufacturing more efficient. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of process engineering, manufacturing, and materials science alongside a collaborative technical team. You'll have the opportunity to: Optimize manufacturing processes involving mixing, compounding, coating, curing, and other chemical processing operations Lead process improvements that increase yield, throughput, and product consistency Scale new formulations from the laboratory into commercial manufacturing Troubleshoot complex manufacturing and quality issues using structured problem-solving methods Partner closely with chemists, operations, quality, and manufacturing engineering Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives that have a measurable impact on plant performance We're interested in engineers with experience in: Chemical process engineering within a manufacturing environment Process scale-up, validation, and commercialization Continuous improvement and root cause analysis Batch or continuous chemical processing Elastomers, polymers, specialty chemicals, coatings, or similar materials manufacturing This is a highly visible engineering role where your work will directly influence manufacturing performance, product quality, and future product introductions.
