About This Position Must live in the St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area Must be fluent in both English and Spanish Compensation Starting wage: $21.50 per hour. Hiring bonus: $300. Monthly performance-based bonus opportunity up to $300. Full time with benefits. Training: Monday–Friday 8 am‑4 pm (four weeks). Second shift availability: Monday–Friday 2 pm‑11 pm and Saturday 10 am‑4 pm. Job Description The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers. Responsibilities include placing orders, handling questions about package programs regarding order status, return processing, and product knowledge. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Provide inbound customer service by phone and chat support to Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers. Process customer orders, deposits, track shipments, and answer customer questions. Process various administrative tasks resulting from customer calls or chats. Consistently meet established performance metrics and quality standards. Complete other duties assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience. Minimum age 18 years. Proficient in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Ability to meet availability requirements, including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays. Ability to attend four‑week training from 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday. Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills. Prior customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and upbeat telephone voice. Typing speed of 30 words per minute. Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
