Receptionist/Payroll Clerk

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail oriented and organized individual to support our front desk and accounting team. This is a fast paced environment! Experience using Acumatica accounting software and Lumber payroll are a plus, but not required. This is an in-person position. The hours are 7am-4pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include the following:
answering phones
ordering supplies
maintaining records
processing invoices
processing weekly payroll
Qualifications
good communication and problem solving abilities
ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
basic understanding of accounting principals
