Join our 24-month training and development program designed to help you become a top-tier insurance sales professional. You'll work closely with retail agents, build strong relationships, and drive new business opportunities. This role is based in the office, with opportunities for local travel and participation in industry events.In this role, you'll connect with retail agents to create new business opportunities. You'll make outbound calls, educate customers on quoting platforms, and help turn leads into results. You'll also contribute to marketing efforts like email campaigns, social media posts, webinars, and customer events. Your day-to-day will include:Making 50+ outbound calls daily to drive submissions and bind orders.Reporting weekly on your sales calls and results.Sharing ideas for social media posts and email campaigns.Hosting monthly webinars and coordinating customer events.Reviewing trends in quoting activity and addressing them with your team.Collaborating with your Regional Sales Manager to refine strategies.Pursuing continuing education and insurance licenses to grow your expertise.Required: Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience required. Strong working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business. Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM. Solid analytical skills necessary to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims. Able to plan and organize activities and workload and respond to multiple demands.
