We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) receptionist to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English , both orally and in writing.
• Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Maintain constant communication with clients and team members via email.
• Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings .
• Handle and sort correspondence, mail, and packages .
• Maintain accurate records and databases .
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
