Building strong merchant relationships, the full-time Account Manager in British Columbia will manage a portfolio focused on home improvement, providing training and support for the consumer financing platform in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with business partners Use product knowledge to increase partner activity and provide regular coaching on the Financeit program Conduct training sessions for small and midsize businesses on using financing tools effectively Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in direct sales and relationship management 1+ years of experience in Home Improvement or consumer lending Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Salesforce Demonstrated expertise in managing B2B sales and service relationships Strong customer service and retail background are advantageous
