Your responsibilities include utilizing our advanced platform and your personal network to identify potential healthcare candidates, initiating communication with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest, scheduling appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations, consistently following up with leads to nurture their interest and assist them throughout their hiring journey, keeping detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that occur, and successful placements from your leads.

What you'll need to thrive includes exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a proactive, self-driven mentality, a passion for reaching out, building connections, and assisting others in advancing their careers, and organizational skills and resourcefulness.

This is a performance-based, commission-exclusive role. This means that your income potential is limitless, with no cap on your achievements. You will be compensated fairly based on the genuine value you create, earning commissions for every qualified meeting you coordinate, additional income when interviews are held as a result of your outreach, higher commission multiples for securing new business, bonus commission when placements are confirmed tracing back to your engagement, and further earning possibilities based on performance metrics.
