Production Operations Coordinator


Overview


Seeking a highly organized professional to manage client projects through the full production lifecycle. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and operations teams, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within scope.


Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from intake through final delivery
• Track timelines, priorities, and project milestones
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor production workflows and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain project documentation and status updates
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Experience in a production, operations, project coordination, or manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project tracking, reporting, or workflow management tools
• Exposure to production systems, operations software, or ERP platforms
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and business applications
