Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Sahi Pro and Selenium automation frameworks for test script development.
• Experience with formal test design techniques including Equivalence Class Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis.
• Experience in translating business requirements and policy documentation into complex test scenarios using PICT.
• Experience with Medicaid enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, and HIPAA EDI X.12 standards.
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and process maturity models such as CMMI, TMMI, or TPI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and User Acceptance Testing processes for software development teams.
• Architect and support automated regression testing applications and user interface testing software.
• Execute Smoke, System Integration, and End-to-End testing for enrollment and eligibility systems.
• Perform quality assessments to identify security flaws, technical defects, and system optimization areas.
• Oversee vendor unit and system integrated test plans and provide technical approval of results.
• Manage the defect lifecycle database and collaborate with engineers to resolve functional gaps.
• Coordinate with product development teams to maximize application performance and operational efficiency.
