We're looking for a Controls Specialist Manager who will build and lead our Building Controls Field Specialist operations in Oregon. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization. Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role? A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders—whether through assigning and directing work to team members or serving as the primary point of contact for customers regarding services provided by MacMiller. Experience with controls systems such as Tridium, Honeywell, and Siemens is preferred. Strong expertise in analyzing operational workflows and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Change management is a critical skill for success in this role. At least eight years of relevant experience in mechanical contracting, service, or maintenance across Controls, HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing systems And everyone you work with should describe you as: Motivational.
