About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Development Officer to lead a transformative period in its fundraising operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for reimagining donor engagement, redefining the case for support, and building the necessary capabilities to significantly scale contributed revenue. This role is pivotal in the organization's evolution, particularly in the context of a significant capital campaign. The Chief Development Officer will work closely with the executive team to set and achieve ambitious fundraising targets, expand the donor base, and strengthen major gift capacity. A key focus will be on upholding the organization's values and mission, with an emphasis on supporting artists and storytellers outside traditional systems of power and access.
