Automotive Staff Accountant

Do you love digging into data, organizing, and problem-solving? We are part of a growing, family-owned auto group and are expanding our accounting office. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented automotive staff accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and help drive accuracy and efficiency across our auto group.

• Assist in overseeing daily accounting office operations
• Perform and review account reconciliations (schedules, A/P, deal postings)
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Ensure accuracy in deal processing, funding, and title work
• Work closely with management to maintain internal controls and resolve discrepancies

• Accounting Degree required or in the process of obtaining degree
• Prior automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (DMS) strongly preferred
• Proven ability to perform account reconciliations and clean schedules
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work with office staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
