This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and working toward goals. Insurance experience is helpful but not required,we're willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads and prospective customers Generate new business through proactive outreach and referrals Build rapport and establish strong customer relationships Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage Prepare quotes and confidently present coverage options Follow up consistently and work toward closing new accounts Identify cross-selling opportunities for Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Business Insurance Maintain daily activity and sales goals Provide a professional and positive customer experience What We’re Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident making outbound calls and asking for the sale Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented Coachable and willing to learn Reliable, organized, and consistent with follow-up Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses are a plus Willing to obtain required insurance licenses Compensation & Benefits

• 50,000–$65,000 annual compensation
• 5,000+ monthly earning potential
