Recruitment Consultant – Energy & Engineering (Contracts Desk) Houston, TX | 6-figure earnings We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Energy & Engineering contracts team. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing desk focused on infrastructure, power, utilities, and engineering-led energy projects, working alongside experienced leaders while developing your own market and client base. You’ll play a key role in supporting client delivery, building contractor networks, and contributing to the overall growth of the desk, with a clear pathway to step into a more senior, revenue-owning role over time. What You’ll Do Support and develop client relationships across energy, utilities, infrastructure, and engineering markets Source, engage, and manage contract candidates for live roles Build and maintain a strong pipeline of contractors aligned to client demand Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from qualification through to placement Assist with contract negotiations, extensions, and redeployments Ensure accurate data management across CRM and internal systems Work closely with senior team members to learn commercial strategy and desk management What You Bring 1–3 years of recruitment experience (contracts or perm) Exposure to technical, engineering, or energy markets is a plus (not essential) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commercial mindset with a desire to develop business development skills Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Motivated by performance, progression, and earning potential What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Structured training across business development, delivery, and market specialisation Opportunity to work on high-value, technical markets with strong demand High-performance, entrepreneurial culture with direct access to leadership Hybrid working model (Mon–Weds in office, Thurs/Fri WFH) Unlimited PTO Email: View email address on click.appcast.io for a confidential discussion #J-18808-Ljbffr talisman
