Position Overview

SCP Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Jackson Health System - Jackson North Medical Center - HM. • Daily Census: 180
• Coverage Model: Tuesday-Monday 7A-7P, 7 on/7 off schedule
  • Days: 9 total MDs rounding, 4 NPPAs 7a-7p
  • ICU: 1 MD, 1 NP
• Number of Beds: 212 HM Beds
• EMR: Cerner
• ICU: Closed ICU, 36 beds total intensivists onsite - 12 beds managed by HM team

Qualifications

• Education: Must have acute care certification
• Licensure: Florida Medical License and DEA
• Skills & Procedures: ACLS and BLS required

Facility Information: Jackson North Medical Center is a 382-bed acute care center that serves the residents of north Miami-Dade and south Broward counties. The hospital offers a variety of services, including 24-hour adult and pediatric emergency care, cardiac care, maternity care, orthopedics, surgery, and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. Jackson North Medical Center was nationally recognized for achievement in the Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite Campaign. Has had over $125 Million dollars in updates/renovations.
