Job Summary:

Provides high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in the emergency department, managing acute situations with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions rapidly upon arrival and prioritize care needs.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and standardized protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient responses and document clinical findings accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and family members on procedures, treatments, and post-discharge care.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and state licensing requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid CA RN license with verification uploaded within the last 2 weeks.
  
  
• 
  Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications with valid expiration dates.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  
  
• 
  Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
