Core Responsibilities: Support procurement activities for replacement spares, including RFQs, missing parts requests, Pre-Go Live requirements, drop-ship orders, and other critical customer needs. Lead and support sourcing, inventory, forecasting, and commercialization activities associated with new spare part and tool offerings. Provide functional support and backup coverage for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) procurement activities during periods of peak demand or resource constraints. Manage supplier capacity planning and risk mitigation efforts to ensure alignment between supplier capabilities and business demand. Serve as a key Supply Chain representative for analytics and workflow platforms, including Palantir Foundry, driving adoption and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical solutions that improve visibility, decision-making, and operational performance. Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve material management and supply chain process challenges while establishing scalable long-term solutions. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Scheduling, and Supply Chain teams to support forecasting, material availability, supplier development, and successful project execution. Drive measurable improvements in cost, supplier performance, inventory effectiveness, and operational efficiency through strategic sourcing, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Position Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies. Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, forecasting models, and self-service reporting solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making. Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar platforms. Demonstrated experience leading process improvements and cross-functional projects. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-managed, highly organized, and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex business challenges and drive them to resolution.
