AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support the team.Job DescriptionRole SummaryThe Classroom Facilitator delivers engaging, high-quality learning experiences that build capability and drive behavior change. This role focuses on facilitation excellence, learner engagement, and adapting content in real time to meet audience needs.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across a variety of topicsCreate a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentAdapt delivery style and pacing based on learner needs and feedbackPartner with instructional designers to provide feedback on content effectivenessManage classroom logistics and ensure smooth session executionAssess learner understanding and reinforce key conceptsCoach learners and provide constructive feedback during and after sessionsQualificationsWhat You Have2–5+ years of facilitation or training experienceStrong presentation and communication skillsAbility to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamicsComfort with both in-person and virtual delivery platformsExperience in adult learning environments preferredDemonstrates accountability and a creative, solution-focused mindsetAbility to speak Spanish preferredAbility to travel up to 75% of the timeSuccess MeasuresLearner engagement and participation levelsFacilitation quality and consistencyLearner confidence and skill application post-trainingFeedback from participants and stakeholdersAdditional InformationWhat We OfferAIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including:Expected pay rate of $85,000- $105,000 plus annual 10% target bonus.
