The individual will enable Agile teams while also providing structured oversight, reporting, and alignment across broader program objectives within a regulated financial services environment. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives at scale, working alongside senior leaders and subject matter experts across the organization.Key Responsibilities* Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.* Track sprint and program-level progress against defined milestones and deliverables.* Maintain centralized reporting and dashboards for status, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.* Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve impediments and delivery risks.* Ensure accurate and timely communication of progress to senior stakeholders.* Manage cross-team dependencies and integration points in complex environments.* Support capacity planning, resource alignment, and delivery forecasting.* Uphold governance standards, including documentation, audit readiness, and compliance adherence.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and tooling.Required Qualifications* 5+ years in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or structured execution roles.* Strong proficiency with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.* Experience with delivery tracking, reporting, and governance frameworks.* Advanced use of Jira, Confluence, and reporting or dashboard tools.* Demonstrated experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.* Experience supporting financial tracking, budgeting awareness, or resource planning.* Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and enterprise technology delivery.* Familiarity with regulatory expectations in financial services.Preferred Qualifications* Experience in large-scale financial institutions or highly regulated industries.* SAFe or Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM).* Exposure to portfolio governance, reporting cadences, and executive dashboards.* Familiarity with financial tracking, forecasting, and cost oversight.* Experience working in multi-team or program-level delivery environments.* Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.* Experience coordinating global or distributed teams. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
