Job Summary Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor of Kitchen, Waitstaff performs a variety of patient food service and dish duties, as well as other related tasks. PC competency, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel) Essential Functions Assist dishwasher with cleaning and sanitizing dishes. Assists in orienting new employees to department. Assists in setting up, serving and breaking down catered events. Cleans freezers, refrigerators and storage areas. Delivers and serves food to patients, family and employees. Helps other kitchen personnel in the preparation and arrangement of meals. Helps with assigned cleaning and date/label duties. Sets up trays according to department guidelines. Stocks supplies. Takes all patient and guest food requests. Other duties as assigned Required Experience Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Previous hospital and food service experience preferred. Salary $25.00 Hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
