We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact between our customers, technicians, vendors, and warranty partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple moving pieces, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from check-in through delivery.

What You'll Do

As our Service Coordinator, you'll own the customer experience throughout the repair process by:

• Greeting customers and creating repair orders
• Scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance
• Coordinating make-ready services for new ambulance deliveries
• Managing repairs for existing fleet customers
• Communicating repair progress and timelines
• Dispatching work to technicians
• Coordinating outside vendors and subcontractors
• Ordering and receiving parts
• Processing warranty claims and approvals
• Working closely with manufacturers and suppliers
• Following up with customers throughout the repair process
• Preparing estimates and invoices
• Closing repair orders accurately
• Ensuring customers receive timely, professional communication throughout every stage of service

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following:

• Automotive Service Advising
• Fleet Maintenance
• Diesel Repair
• Heavy Truck
• Equipment Rental
• Municipal Fleet Operations
• Commercial Vehicle Service
• Emergency Vehicle Service
• Customer Service or Project Coordination

Preferred knowledge includes:

• Automotive repair processes
• Diesel vehicles
• Fleet maintenance
• Warranty administration

Experience with ambulances or emergency vehicles is a plus but not required.

Technology

Experience with the following is preferred:

• Tekmetric
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
• General computer proficiency
