Fraud Operations Specialist II

Duration: 06 Months (Extension Possible Based on Business Needs and Position Availability) Location: Overland Park, KS & Allentown, PA – Hybrid! Job Description: Candidates should be located within commuting distance of one of the designated office locations and be available to work onsite as required. The position currently requires onsite attendance four days per week, with the potential for adjustment based on business needs. Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Investigations Analyst to support investigative activities related to compliance, policy adherence, privacy matters, and other business-related concerns. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting investigations, documenting findings, coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely case resolution while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities Conduct investigations involving policy violations, compliance matters, customer privacy concerns, and related issues in accordance with established procedures. Gather, review, and analyze information from internal systems, records, and relevant stakeholders to support investigative activities. Document investigative actions, findings, conclusions, and recommendations within case management systems. Prepare investigative summaries, reports, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders. Manage assigned caseloads and ensure investigations progress in a timely and organized manner. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to obtain information, resolve issues, and support investigative outcomes. Assist with privacy‑related investigations and regulatory response activities as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive customer, employee, and business information. Participate in case reviews, team discussions, and other investigative initiatives. Support continuous improvement of investigative processes and documentation standards. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in investigations, compliance, risk management, fraud analysis, human resources investigations, privacy, legal support, law enforcement, or a related field. Experience conducting research, fact‑finding, case documentation, and investigative analysis. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Experience using case management, ticketing, or similar tracking systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications College coursework or degree in a related field. Experience supporting compliance, privacy, employment, policy‑related, or regulatory investigations. Experience working with sensitive customer, employee, or business information. Familiarity with reporting, documentation, and case‑tracking processes. Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and clearly document findings.
