Born and raised in Texas, I attended the University of Texas in Austin and never left the city I love. After nearly a decade working in a longtime State Farm agent’s office, I opened my own agency in Wells Branch—a community known for its strong family involvement and spirit.

I became a State Farm Agent because it allowed me to connect with people in meaningful ways and challenge myself to grow. Over time, it’s become more than a career—it’s a calling. We work hard, support each other, and make every day both rewarding and fun.

COMPENSATION:

• $50-60k annually
• Higher earnings available including commissions, bonuses and incentives

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Marijane Billington - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities:

• Forge enduring customer relationships and proactively follow up to ensure continued satisfaction.
• Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to guide clients through comprehensive insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs.
